To change an amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the amendment must first be proposed and then ratified. A proposal can be made by a two-thirds vote of both houses of Congress or by a national convention called by two-thirds of the state legislatures. Once proposed, the amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states, which can happen through their state legislatures or through state conventions. in other words, it ain't gonna happen. There's a reason its only happened ONCE.

No child, born in the US from an illegal or the birth visitation from other countries should ever be considered an American citizen. The 14th amendment was set up for slaves and that their children be American citizens. It does not set up for illegal criminal invaders, or people coming here on holiday to have their babies here so they obtain citizenship.

The presidential oath of office, as specified in the U.S. Constitution, requires the president to swear to "faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." So according to HIS OATH OF OFFICE... he cannot both PRESERVE the Constitution and also seek to eliminate the 14th Amendment just because "he doesn't like it " that's not how this country works... Birth right citizenship doesn’t happen in other countries. The 14th amendment was for the slaves. Slaves were listed as property. After the slaves were freed their children born here had no country of citizenship. Since slavery is no longer. The 14th amendment needs to be abolished. There is no need for this amendment.
