Kelly and his cohorts should keep his mouth shut and stop telling military personnel not to obey orders they dont like under the guise of unlawful orders. they are committing seditious statements. and Kelly can be given a summary courts-martial and lose his retirement benefits. if this were wartime he could get the death penalty. in my career, there were many orders I didn't like, but they weren't unlawful. if I didn't like them I could receive articles 32 , or at the minimum a Article 15

So these Congress members create the video about illegal orders, but say they were doing it just incase and they can’t state one illegal order that’s been given. Now, the pentagon is being reactive to the video that had no substance other than to remind military members of something they already know. Although I think the video was rediculous, they didn’t say anything wrong, it just confused everyone.
