that's why if you know your innocent you never take a plea bargain. and when you in prison spend your time wisely and go to the law library and study the Texas Penal Codes. and file any paperwork to the higher courts you never give up

This case and others just like it, makes one wonder just how the United States have the highest incarceration rate on the planet. and this is why you should never ever trust the prosecutor the da or the attorneys. I don't even believe in a jury. think about it these people in a jury have worse problems than we do and yet there to decide or make a decision about someone else's life? I don't think so. I hope this man gets what he deserves and I'm so glad that he fought it God bless him and his family!!!

Love The Innocence Project. Our justice system is run by people, and mistakes can be made. Nice to see an injustice rectified, even though the wrongly time served cannot be undone. Correcting an injustice is deserved for those people wrongly convicted and clearing their name is exceptional and devine work for the folks who fight to right the wrong.
