I have also seen what they claim is the "officers" body cam footage. Either his body camera was knocked off, taken off and dropped, or that video isn't real. It appears to show him falling down which means he couldn't have fired the other two shots. The math ain't mathing.

This must be AI. Her Honda was not even on any snow. She was stopped at a angle in the middle of the street after dropping off her 6 year old a few blocks away. The ice at her door backed away as she cramped her front wheels to the right. The Ice at her left front corner also backed away as he fired his gun at herfar left corner of her windshield. She blead to death as her vehicle hit the pole and her air bag deployed. Sad.

Minnesota Statutes § 609.066 If a driver accelerates toward an officer standing in front of the vehicle, this creates an immediate, life-threatening danger. The officer doesn't need to wait until impact; they can act based on the apparent intent and proximity.
If you run over a police officer with your car they have the right to shoot you! In fact, I suspect even an ordinary citizen has the right to shoot you if you willfully try to run him down! The criminal was the one blocking ICE from coming down the road who did not comply with a police order, and injured two ICE agents. Would I have shot her? Probably not, but were they justified...sadly yes!
