She had her car parked to stop ICE from getting through. The ICE officer was dressed in issued gear. The told her to get out of the car. He tried to open the door. She had the door locked. She backed up, she was trying to get around the two officers near the drivers door and the Third one was in front of the vehicle and she slammed on the gas. Did you see how fast the car was moving when it hit the parked vehicles?

This woman was doing this all day blocking ICE vehicles and she was a professional protester she wasn’t fleeing she was trying to run them down
They didn’t need to identify themselves; she clearly knew who they were. Why was the officer walking across in front of her vehicle? Because first she was backing up. Should he have walked behind her vehicle? She should never have done anything that she did and put herself, her wife, and most importantly, her 6 year old son, at grave risk.

Yes they need to ban the protests, they have overstepped their bounds. I watch Federal Agents being harassed everyday. The Agents have shown amazing restraint and the protesters have taken advantage of that. I have watched them be spat on , things thrown at them. Enough is enough ! Makes you wonder what the woman was doing there to start with. Was she a protester? Was she an innocent victim and why would she park crossways in the street and for that guy to say they didn’t identify their self? It was quite obvious who they were. But yet she chose to vain a law of order. I can’t wait to find out more about the woman. Was she in that neighborhood because she lived there. Why was she there? That’s the main question they need to ban these protest. These people put their selves in that situation. Why wasn’t she at home with her child.

This woman may have been a pain to ICE this day HOWEVER if you are fearing at some point for your safety because ICE want to put a beat down on you for annoying them (which they need to get the F over that, it's not illegal) by trying to open your door to force you out of your vehicle, you're going to try and get out of the situation. The agent that shot her was in a stupid standing place ... which she had her wheels cut hard right to avoid him and yet he opened fire with no threat to his life. All she was guilty of was annoying them all day, that's not illegal and they aren't police, they are idiots. Now a 6 year old is without his mother because ICE has full permission to shoot at will it seems. Her car speed up when he MURDERED her as I'm sure her last reaction was to hit the gas and get out of there when she saw the gun aimed at her. This country is like 3rd world now... their coming your way... America is a nightmare.

As retired LEO, I can confidently say this agent acted within his training. I know incidents similar to this ICE agent, where acting officers were cleared from any wrongdoing! These ppl are making a political show out of a very tragic situation, both sides!!
