it don't matter what the situation is, unless your life is in imminent danger and you have done no wrong or Nonesuch wrong to hide. Then do not accelerate a 3k + pound weapon at anyone. That is aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, or possibly vehicular manslaughter. The shots fired may have been partially self defense and partially general public safety deterrent, so nobody else would possibly even by accident be killed or seriously injured by a erratically moving death wagon 🤷♂️
