Apparently, his ass was not fit for duty, and he should have not been released or cleared back to the field duty after the prior incident... He was a ticking time bomb. This was bound to happen sooner or later...
So he has a bad prior incident, then over reacted to this incident and murdered an innocent spectator. She wasn't a protestor, she was parked when a masked man comes to her car and tries to open her door. Her response wasn't unusual. She probably didn't even see the shooter. She was probably distracted by the masked man trying to open her door.
So this proves that the officer is putting himself in danger and creating these situations because that lady is just a regular citizen, not a murderer, and she definitely did not deserve a death sentence for that. He should learn to stay out of the way of cars. You would think he would have learned the first time. I mean, I'm sure they have arrested some dangerous criminals, but all the videos I've been seeing are the opposite, and a lot of them end up being American citizens.😢
