I put new drywall on the ceiling by myself... perfectly aligned. I made a quick t-bar to support the other end while I attached it.
Should of went higher to connect joints
Drywall panel lifts make hanging ceilings go a lot faster and with less effort.

They make a Sheetrock jack to tilt for such an occasion. You just put it on it roll it in place and attach it.
