awsome horse. had similar thing happen with my stud colt at a show small child walk up to pen and start jabbering to him , my horse walked up to him and the child still jabbering reached through pen and my horse put his head down and let the baby pet him on the nose and almost went to sleep. it was so precious. my horse had been acting like he was feeling up set the child calmed right down and he was good the rest of the day. fro. then on the rest of his life he absolutely loved kids and was so good and gentle with them. best horse I ever had

Now this I can't call Fake! I seen kids do things I would never have thought! I bought a child proof gate about 6ft tall that no way no kid can get pass in my swimming pool! Second day after getting it on my house cameras I seen him climb up those Horizontal bars like Spiderman with ease and them put his hand on the gate opener on top and clicked it open push the gate back and climbed down so he could get to the other side! He was up high enough that he could actually climbed over the gate! The next day I sent the video to the company they contacted me in 15 minutes and told me to nail it shut or whatever to stop him and did an instant recall on all of those models! Now that kids never goes out back unless there are atleast 3 people back there! He was only 1 1/2 year old luckily our cameras video recorded that because nobody would have believed it! We figured out it was from all that training climbing our of the babybed! Now he is a PROFESSIONAL! 😆😅🤣😂

You know spooked horses buck and kick, right? Whoever just filmed this kid getting himself into such a dangerous situation should go immediately to parenting classes!!! This is so very disturbing that filming is more important than keeping a child out of harms way. Shameful!

Boys!!! Don't ya just love 'em. I always had to go looking for my daughter because she played so quietly and never got into any trouble. My boys however were a different story. All I had to do was follow the sounds of breaking, crashing, falling, exploding, screaming or tumbling and God bless their hearts, there they were, smack dab in the middle of whatever the trouble was. Before I had children I'd argue with my mother that boys and girls were the same and that they were just taught to be different. Can't count the times I had to eat my words. LOL

I have a question am I? The only one standing next to this baby in my mind helping him get up on this horse and pray you don’t get hurt?

avator

i don't care how much experience this baby has with horses or this horse has with babies, this was dangerous. only takes a second to fall at the horses feet, faster than you can get your phone and travel the two feet to catch him.

AI or not, this video is a bad idea. I guess it’s more important to get likes than make sure a child is safe if it’s real.

How about keeping your kid out of danger. Some horses are skittish. If they kick you in the right spot. It can be fatal. This child has his whole life ahead of him. Why risk it?

They have horses trained specifically for helping children learn to ride. They also have horses that are therapy horses. They are specially trained to work with kids and adults with certain disabilities. My youngest has autism, so I'm familiar with that type of horse as well. When the child was getting on the horse, likely someone was holding the reins or encouraging the horse to remain still. They do that with training horses and therapy horses, so the children or disabled are not hurt or frightened by the horse's movement. Children need to be watched and not allowed to do ridiculous 💩, but they don't need helicopter parents who don't allow them to do anything that might have a miniscule chance of potentially being harmful. Especially when people who are obviously horse people (because people who aren't are definitely not going to be teaching about riding.) know the dangers and what to look out for and what precautions to take.

So many Karens. OMG! My kids went to camp when they were little, and they taught horseback riding. It was completely supervised by adults. This child is obviously familiar with riding and has been on a horse before. You can tell by the way he's getting on the saddle by putting his foot in the stirrup first. And the stirrup is small and high, so it's obviously made for a child. This may be his horse or a child's training horse. The person filming is the adult responsible for him. He's probably watching the boy get on the horse to go for a practice run. They do that at that age.
