As an retired employee of the Sheriff's Department you should not be doing personal business on company time. If you're not on company time, you should not be wearing uniform or carrying a gun. just because the the person is "just" doesn't mean you could ignore their orders. If you're not there to arrest somebody or serve a warrant, you should have your uniform off, at the very least.

😆 have an armed cop in an area you believe he shouldn't be armed in... so you call 911 to have more armed cops come to the area the 1st armed cop shouldn't be armed... to help dis arm the first armed cop... so what do you do when they disarm him and now you have 5 or more armed cops in the area you feel they shouldn't be armed in??? call 911 for 10 or more armed cops to disarm the first batch of armed cops??? yep... cant fix stupid... glad he was arrested... he is lucky that officer didn't shoot and kill him for pulling that gun on him... many other officers would have neutralized that threat immediately...

The security guard wasn’t arrested, and the cop was placed on paid administrative leave during investigation, after the investigation the cop was found to be in the wrong as he was addressing a personal matter while on duty so nothing happened the security guard or the cop. There’s the real story.
