Not sure if this is really not. But it is a great act of kindness. However, he might have told them what he was doing instead of leading them to believe that a cop had just stolen their blankets. I mean, it's going to take at least an hour or so too.Wash and dry them in that time.They may have moved on somewhere else, especially if they were cold.After having their blanket taken away, therefore it would be impossible to return it to them.
