I understand liberals are new to guns and most lack proper education so those of you that read this should understand whether a person is legally carrying a firearm or not anytime a person is armed and commits assault or any crime with or without intent to use the firearm means whole situation is escalated and changes simple misdemeanors to a felony. Just the presence of a firearm during situation legally changes everything. A firearm is almost always legally classified as a "deadly weapon" Carrying one while committing an assault or any crime can be interpreted as having the intent or potential to cause severe bodily harm or death. Alex Pretti committed assaults and property destruction multiple times while legally carrying his firearm, all on camera.

Not surprised. Ppl are easily influenced by MSM narratives. What really matters….based on Supreme Court holdings and well established standards dealing with use of force…is never considered. Which is why Public opinion generally goes against law enforcement…even though the facts and the law generally favors law enforcement actions. These cases are no exception. As usual the unspoken casualty is the truth, and facts.

They poll their readers will naturally result in a bias towards a liberal view point. Where is the poll asking the question “Should protestors interfere with law enforcement while they are capturing rapists and murderers?” Or where is the poll for this question “If Alex Pretti had not interfered with law enforcement while they were capturing rapists and murders, would Alex Pretti still be alive?”

Not sure where your polls are coming from. People do not want US citizens to die in this manner but they also do not want these people in a situation that makes them vulnerable.
