They're not necessarily targeting Minnesota. Minnesota has become a hot bed for illegals many of which are violent criminals. Ice knows where they are, and are going after them. It starts looking targeted when these professional agitators are coordinated to where ice is and riots and they have to call in more agents because the local law enforcement is made to stand down.

She's treading water. Illegal immigrants and fraud. It looks like some Minnesota'ns want to protect people that have broken the law. No doubt in my mind that some of these Illegals are OK decent people. There is a group of them that are not like that.
