I surely have seen the missteps, bruises, swelling, stubles,and Trump's need of being redirected when away at VERY IMPORTANT Issues with Foreign Governments. In addition, like many other citizens and the REST OF THE WORLD has seen Trump dazed and lost in a haze of INCOHERANCE and CONFUSION. His BEHAVIOR and the STATEMENTS made in Switzerland was so Outrageous and DISRESPECTFUL that many leaders of Foreign Nations walked out of the room to prevent themselves from being FURTHER INSULTED by Trump. I must ask, IS the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SERIOUS ABOUT ITS STATUS AS THE WORLD LEADER? If so, then it IS TIME for BOTH, INVOKE THE 25TH AMMENDMENT AND THE 4TH AMMENDMENT .
