I have always maintained that Democrats can't do math. Simple addition and subtraction are all that's needed. If 60 votes are needed to pass the budget, then members of both parties are needed to vote in favor. While there's a republican majority, 10 votes are still needed from the other side of the aisle. If she doesn't realize this, how can she rightfully be in Congress?

My dear, Republicans DO NOT have full control of the Senate. If they did, then Democrats would be irrelevant and things would get done much more easily and efficiently. Now if the Republicans dropped the political nuke in the Senate and made it a simple majority to pass bills, THEN things would go much more smoothly. As it is, it IS the Senate Democrats who are holding things up!!
