He stopped filming to help a women, who had been thrown on the ground by ICE, get up. That's when about 5 ICE personal took him face down to the ground and started beating ,kicking and spraying him in the face from less than a foot away. Saying he was resisting arrest, when all I saw was someone trying to protect themselves. Yet he never reached for the gun!

The man was agitating on a regular basis, interfering with ICE agents trying to do their job, and in this case actually reached for the sidearm he was carrying, while resisting ICE agents in the commission of their duties. anyone breaking the law like this and at the same time threatening the lives of law enforcement, should be expected to be met with deadly force, just as the bill that Governor Walz signed into law about the need for law enforcement officers to use deadly force against those that try to run them over with vehicles!

A loss of any life is a tragedy. Americans, as well as foreign nationals who die at the hands of ICE incompetence. The detainment centers run by for profit prison contractors are future tragedies yet to happen. Every person wrongly detained is tragic. Every child forced to live in the poor concentration camp like conditions is criminally tragic. Mass Deportations are a short sighted reactionary response to a problem ignored for 40 years. Trump is not focused on getting the criminals out. ICE’s tactics are un-American. These dark days will go down as one of America’s most shameful episodes in history. May the madness of Donald Trump soon end & our better angels restore the ideals of our founding fathers.
