He was told to get in his car and move away instead he gets right in front of the car jumps on the hood and proceeds to mag dump his whole clip looks like he had a blast to me
Officer knew what he was doing. Wanted an excuse to kill. If he really feared for his life he would have gotten out of the way. Instead he jumps right in the perfect spot to take all those shots without getting himself injured. It wasnt a reaction from panic of the moment he planned that and perfectly executed it.
If i'm right , this cop went to prison for shooting the driver because the driver was unarmed and the cop could get out the way
