I am on the side of the homeowner. The cop had no warrant, and it appears that there were no exigent circumstances. The homeowner has the right to defend his home from ANY intruder. Cops are not special people. And if you proceed as an intruder or home invader, you will suffer consequences. RIP.

I have seen the FBI and the police break into people's homes and shoot them. If you are going to serve a warrant, I would suggest that you knock on the door and give them an opportunity to know who you are before you sneak in or bust in and start shooting. This should have never happened. If you don't have a warrant, you can't go into somebody's home. It's the constitution read it
