These cops must not be educated very well everybody in my hometown Huntington, West Virginia we were the capital of overdose for a long time. we hit CNN when 28 people overdosed in the matter of a couple hours the whole hood was running around looking for Narcan saving people and I tell ya it was way more then 28 it was probably more towards 50-60 and then of course we hit murder capital and the damn National Guard came rolling through our streets and hood with two helicopters flying for months over our heads trying to shut down all the trap houses. so needless to say I moved away after that. we became a police state and it basically was like a warzone but guaranteed the government will lie about it smfh
