why am I seeing in these videos that if people are suspected of driving while intoxicated the cops are giving them field sobriety tests rather than just giving them a breathalyzer? I mean people are being arrested for failing a field sobriety test and then getting blood work done just to find out they would have never had any alcohol in their system in the first place so why is this being bypassed when used to they used to do breathalyzers on the side of the road
Why do cops not like to give Breathe lazars they work better anyway. I would not concent to the fieldset test either.

my husband has t.b.i and he gets stopped for walking down the street on a Tuesday.he now caress a card stating his medical problems he is to give them that card if they ask him if he is intoxicated and they can't conduct a field sobriety test on him so he has had to be breathalyzed 3 times in the past 10 years.

remember you win the case if you request a breathalyzer and still get arrested for DUI they have to prove your intoxicated field sobriety does not do that they are required to have a breathalyzer present for a DUI stop which is why normally a second officer pulls up

My granddad was a Vietnam vet. There were different breed leave our vets alone. They went through a lot. Nobody ever will appreciate the ones that served our country. You treated him like he was an alcoholic when he had went to war and he had to live his entire life with injuries from Vietnam. My granddaddy had Agent Orange he was 160% disabled congressional benefit like I said, do not walk up to them and think you’re gonna run them over there are different breed in fact, if you would’ve did this to my granddad, he probably would’ve been in jail for a assault

In fact, I had a case against me they did not let me use the breathalyzer and I asked them and I’d beat the case. How are you gonna put handcuffs on somebody you’re not even done any kind of test. They did the same thing to me. In fact they tow my truck before I even did the test.
