not sure why people think that we're ants, our bodies are not designed to lift 10 times our own weight, weight lifting should consist of sustainability and consistency, All you have to do is look at bodybuilders and weight lifters by the time they hit their 40s to know that is very stupid to do to your body, unless you would prefer to live half of your life as a cripple I suggest otherwise
