she sounds crazy that's crazy my brother has cerebral palsey and he lives in a one bedroom apartment and they never gave him a ramp for almost 7years I couldn't understand why so I went to Brandywine village office in East Boston Massachusetts and asked them why doesn't my wheelchair bound brother have a ramp and they couldn't explain dumb asses everyone else that was handicapped had one he could of said the crap out of them ..β¦ within like two days don't cja know he had a full on ramp like seriously he could of busted his whole head wide open they are lucky but I'm still mad about it why did it happen before he moved in my brother had a good ass paw suit but he's to private for all that he don't like all the comosion ya k oe whatvi mean ending story he has a ramp but it should of never evr had to go lime this

We got a karen run hoa in our neighborhood. Ugh. She filed a false police report claiming my girlfriend and i were having sex at the neighborhood clubhouse back in 2021, also telling the officer not to interview us. We've never been in the building. I didn't learn about it until after the statute of limitations ran out, so i couldn't sue her. Her name is Irene Sanders, and she lives in John's Creek, Georgia.
Yes, he should sue her and her HOA for harassment and mental abuse! The judge will help him do that! Itβs a shame that he has to live with this harassment community in the first place.
So instead of attacking him. They could have helped him. The man lost two legs serving in Afghanistan. Has he not given enough?

The Man should have reported it as an adaptation violation with the state. They don't play around with ADA compliance violations and like to charge big fines.
she should be charged with Violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and she should also be required to pay for the installment of a new ramp for him. if she refuses charge her with contempt of court and sentence her to spend 90 days in jail.

Moral of the story never buy a house in the HOA
If I were a resident there I would set up a government fund me account to get him a new ramp. Or ask the residence owners that I know to take up a collection for him to get a new one or call veterans orginations to help get a better one built. I roommate in a condo and the female manager tried to one up me but she always walked away frustrated because I wasn't submissive to her. I didn't break any laws but she was always on me about stupid stuff.
These HOAs need to have laws put to monitor them and give the people rights. These are people who have unlimited money and probably have never been anything in their life.

Federal law supercede HOA rulings. Attorneys should know this law by heart and this should never have gone to court. What a waste of time and money.
