I didn't shove cake into my wife's face. Someone commented that "if your wife can't have fun, run". It's not about that it's about respect. Why would you disrespect your wife in front of everyone like that? She spent all day making up to look beautiful and then you do that. It's not funny, it's disrespectful and classless.

I warned my husband on our WEDDING day at the cake cutting that if he did THAT to me, smashed cake in my face, "he'd be DIVORCED faster than he got MARRIED." We were SEPARATED less than 2 years after our wedding day. He was such a narcissistic egotistical misogynist jerk. Yes, I absolutely agree that if the wife asks the husband to not shove cake in her face, it should be 100% respected, hands down! But to be completely honest, men are just adult kids. They want to have fun. In my personal opinion, if my husband did that to me, I would have fun with it and do it to him too!
