Actually, I don’t think anyone should make any sort of decision concerning a child without consulting both parents. My opinion.
that salon owner is a saint. she handled it perfectly and she is 100% correct but also regardless of whether or not "she likes heat in her daughter's hair" her father is allowed to make decisions in regards to HIS child as well. I cannot stand when bitter exes act like they have the only say in every single aspect of the children THEY created TOGETHER 🤔let that man be a dad. 🙃
I think the stylist has more integrity than someone who made a fool out of herself. It's the adult who is her ex and apparently the little girl's father so how lady is that the stylist's fault? Insight into adulting might be a good idea for the girls' momma lol 😆 😆😆.

There are so many things wrong with that conversation! First off, how in her "right mind" did the mother think it was a GOOD idea to call the salon? Accountability starts/ends with the EX! Secondly, shared custody means he makes decisions as well. Thirdly, tinsel is trending! Good job Dad for LISTENING to your childs, wants and needs ( within reason)🥰

I’ve been in this situation too many times. I sell eyeglasses and had a mom bring her son in and purchase designer frames. Dad calls freaking out that he didn’t agree to this. The kid was already wearing them. Like this is between you and your ex wife. Honestly I would be embarrassed to even try this. Also had a wife do the same thing after husband had glasses rushed. A 60 year old man had the phone ripped out of his hand when I called back. She didn’t want to pay for a rimless mount frame. I was like maybe you should come with him next time and hubby needed to grow a set.

Let me get this straight you let a stranger add things onto a bill when he wasn't the one paying and name not on card and mom made an appointment. They did what's called a bait and switch for more money. Under federal law what the owner did was illegal and what the dad did is illegal have fun in court

how is the hairdresser supposed to know the ex wasn't in charge or needed your permission? are you now saying that hairdressers need signed permission slips? and since those can be faked, they need to be notarized? it seems to me that the lady on the phone may be trying to scam and get a refund. not gonna lie, since tiktok and instagram--I never knew there were so many actors in the world.
