so this is an AI hypothetical. so, he is in the wrong, although she was wrong to put her hair deliberately in front of his viewing. That's a different issue than assault. you can't grab someone's hair with scissors that you're not supposed to have on a plane and cut it off because you can't see the screen. that's absolutely ridiculous. so how pathetically he would be in the wrong. might even go to jail if that really happened on a plane.
