My dad was beaten as a child, he is now a reoccurring felon for over 25 years and can't be trusted in a car without a breathalyzer, not to. Mention a crippling drug addiction. His brothers were also beaten and both are the same way and struggle financially. He never hit me and I have yet to go to real prison. Beating your kids doesn't work.

this is exactly what happened with my step daughter I called the cops because she threatened me that she was going to call the cops on me so I called her bluff because I cought her 14 year old self talking to a 30 year old man on the Internet and she had been sneaking around with him so I beat her butt when the cops showed up she was smart mouthing them and the cop told me to smack her head around her shoulders and the next time she would be going to juvenile lock up to give me a break from her
