tell me what state does it matter it's inheritance. it's the one and only thing the federal government read that again the federal government States that your wife or husband cannot inherit or get during a divorce it's yours and yours alone you inherited it it's the only non-dividable property in a marriage. as a matter of fact if you inherit 4 million and die tomorrow your children get it and your wife would have no access if you're the husband it goes to next again unless there's a will that specifies that you're leaving your inheritance to your wife. it's the one undivisible thing that you can have as money that comes from your direct family or whoever give it to you that no one and I mean no one can touch.
it's crazy to me when I scroll through the comments so many people don't realize inheritance doesn't go to your wife if you have children it goes to them unless you specifically write a will out for your inheritance to go to your wife upon your death. she can't have it during a divorce it's your inheritance she has no legal claim to it. neither do you if your wife and hurts money. now if you buy something with your inheritance whatever you bought becomes half of theirs. that is a federal law so this must not be the United States. inheritance is only the person who receives it without a wheel specifying it goes to Mexican which would be your children or your brothers and sisters or an aunt and uncle if you don't have brothers and sisters or children. the courts never give it to the wife Darren divorce or death sorry you should check it out in case you want your wife to have your inheritance if you die or your husband to have it if you die
