I truly understand your say on this,but do you have to use the fowl language to get across your point,sure some customers are rude,but when you get rude with them,it makes you just like them,this is just my opinion on this and Im sure there will be disagreements on what I just commented on address to my reply
hey your not wrong dude. it's kind.of crazy. I've always wondered the same thing. I'm always yes please, and no thank you in public. But hell, it works out better for me. a lot of the times I get free stuff for just having good manners and being polite.
