I watched another video on this crap. Thousands of dollars was spent on stupid sport cards behind his wife’s back He was spending what money she had on stupid things that she didn’t know about until THOUSANDS was spent on it…she slapped him and scratched him…the scratches were probably from her fingernails when she slapped him. She didn’t kick…didn’t punch. She SLAPPED of course if she slapped him her fingernails would catch his skin. Thats not domestic abuse. That’s an angry wife who confronted her husband, keep in mind we don’t know how HE reacted, could’ve said things to make things worse and make her angrier, we don’t know that. So his reaction is unknown…unless there’s more info I haven’t found yet. But for gods safe she slapped him a few times. Big deal! He was spending THOUSANDS of dollars behind d her back on stupid sport cards. So what else was he spending money on behind her back. They’re married…he should’ve been letting her know instead of sneaking around buying sport cards
This couple had just received a bill for $1,200; I didn't understand from whom. Then she found out her husband was purchasing sports cards and spending more on them than she makes in a week at her job. They argued about finances, and she hit him, open-handed, two or three times, and scratched him. The husband took pictures right after it happened. The next day, he filed a police report. The marks had disappeared, but he shared pictures with the police. He said he didn't want her arrested, but he wanted a report to use in a divorce. She did get arrested. There is Part 1 & 2 on TikTok.

My ex bought $7000 worth of baseball cards. I knew he was buying them using his paycheck but they never showed in the budget. Before HE filed for divorce he removed all of them from the house. Supposedly sold them but had no paperwork to prove what he got for them. His lawyer was a tiger and mine was basically a newborn kitten and wouldn't fight any issue. In a community property state that PA is, I should have received half the value of them as they were all bought during our marriage. I don't blame this poor woman especially as it sounds like he was spending her earnings to get them. Most families these days can't afford a drain on their finances like that. My ex was such an idiot that he was so concerned about his cards he didn't realize how much I had paid for my sewing machine. He didn't talk to me and always told me not to talk to him.In the paperwork he put down that I had spent ~$200 on my machine. It actually cost $2000! It was the first home sewing machine that embroidered.

Obviously if you thought this is a video of a wife snapping then you’ve never responded to a 10-97D in Alabama where the wife tries to whip the cops a$$ with one hand tied behind her back and the only reason she didn’t win is because three other cops responded as backup. Seen this many times in my life. My dad spent $30k on a Chevelle and hid it in his buddies garage for a year before she found out. She was pissed she couldn't stand the car and never forgave him for buying it before she passed. Dad was wrong but no assault ever happened. she just hated the car. nothing you can say or do to convince her to forgive him. Only nice ride he ever got himself in 50 years of marriage. he deserved it but was still wrong the way he did it

She never admitted to hitting him. She walked away which is what the cops always recommend when responding to a domestic dispute. Without any physical evidence there is no assault. Now if he had a black eye...it could be a different story.

As a LEO I can tell you this is totally fake , There’s no crime here period. Now if either party got physical with each other or threatened in a particular manner that changes things . But no call taker at 911 would ever dispatch any officer to this lame excuse for law enforcement to respond to.
