I live on a cul vu sac n u park ur car and leave it on the cul vu sac u getting towed . If u there just chilling or doing whatever the cops gonna be called , my street don’t play .
Well thanks to greedy state and county officials and ignorant voters who says it doesn't affect me, majority of public/neighborhood streets can be charged for parking if you have a second car. 1 permit per household. And it doesn't matter they're not supposed to park in front of another house and whether she called or not it's not her responsibility to watch a car unless she says she will look out for it, plus the lady should've asked the neighbors or her sister should've parked it at her home where it's probably permitted to park. Ignorance is always someone else's responsibility.....

So she parked her sister's car in front of someone's house because her neighbor parks in front of her house! So she knows who park in front of her house giving the impression that she's looking out for her neighbor. From the conversation i can't tell who called for the tow but she knew it was towed. A car parked in front of anyone's house three or four days without movement should be reported. People steal vehicles and use them for whatever purposes and then abandon them in neighborhoods all the time.

How about if you park your vehicle in front of somebody else’s house I mean this I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer but how about knocking on the door and say hey is it OK for me to park my vehicle in front of your house cause I don’t have no parking elsewhere or even leave a note on your windshield wiper saying I’m sorry about the inconvenience. It might call somebody but I don’t have no parking elsewhere and I have to go to Disneyland. How about I just park in front of somebody’s house with no notice
