The dude was riding his bike extremely dangerously. But so fucking what? The Police are there to make sure the laws a followed. They have no right to brake the laws they are supposed to enforce. You don't get to just attack people, hit them with your car, and put a gun in their face for breaking traffic laws. I'm so sick of Police acting as if the laws don't apply to them and violating the rights of citizens they are sworn to protect. Police are supposed to be held to a much higher standard and are supposed to follow all laws and respect the rights of the public. Instead the break whatever laws they feel like, and even the law abiding police still protect the officers who brake them. They think they are special compared to everyone else. And the police across the entire United States have an issue vs them mentality because they all protect each other rather than the public.
That's the purpose of a unmarked police car. To catch people in unlawful acts. It's no different than having cameras to catch people. I think the officer was right in stopping the cyclist for his violations, but the officer had no business drawing a gun or kicking the cyclist unless the cyclist was threatening the officer...which the video does not show happening.

When I was younger, a similar incident happened to me. I'm almost identical to this. I was on my motorcycle and I was speeding out 17 and I didn't know the police was behind me and all of a sudden I came in and he pulled out it's gone. What do you think you're doing you can you're just being rude and mean and I gave him a look like what and then he said what the F are you looking at And then I said nothing and then he said you listen to me and he started after this and that I didn't even know if he was behind me, he was telling me he was following me and stuff. That's not the way we approach somebody. He's the Lawn remember he works for usthat being over paranoid they shouldn't even be cops if they're gonna be acting like that.
