a few years ago i was taken to court by lot owners association because i had a camper and a supposed duck on my pond. i live in the woods at a private lake. 11 miles from town.there are 2 lakes one big rnough to ski on and the other is a trolling lake. i still have my camper and now alot of my neighbors have them also. Turns out the part i live in is actually considered a trailer parkwith very small lots

the judge needs to make an example out of a power hungry code enforcement officer who thinks he makes the rules The judge should have ordered the officer and the city to cough up a hundred thousand to pay for the pain and mental anguish of being dragged in to the court So maybe there won't be a next time

My next door neighbor has a huge RV in his 4 car drive. This RV is as long as his slab. From garage door to right over sidewalk! Our slabs are 10 ft apart from each other. City ordnance states you cannot have one that long in front of home. But yet he gets away with it. Althought it does provide some privacy. It is a living nightmare backing out of drive. Plus it steals my sunshine in winter. Any snow that melts, turns to ice and stays till the warm spring comes. Many walk in my neighborhood and cannot say how many close calls there has been slowly backing out, not to mention vehicle traffic on busy street, corner lot! Even my financial advisor said this year my God I know he鈥檚 your neighbor, and you don鈥檛 want to turn him in, but that鈥檚 not even allowed. He happened to be by neighborhood and thought the RV was mine is why he commented. The neighbor man is a mean, hateful, disrespectful jerk and said he don鈥檛 get even he gets revenge! So i just live with it.
You know when you have land I don鈥檛 give a goddamn crap what anyone else says it shouldn鈥檛 matter what you do on your land that鈥檚 your lamb and what you do on it should be up to you
