There was a gentleman who came to court in his blue-collar working clothes. Jeans, safety vest, hard hat and boots. The judge told him was inappropriately dressed. The man told him he came on his lunch hour. And was working to support 5 kids. The judge threw him out. If they are dressed for work and are decent, I see no problem whatsoever. No saggy jeans, shorts etc... just be clean and presentable. Going to court is not a formal affair. These are working people. Get over it!

I am with the surgeon just because the judge was making a ridiculous decision wanting the surgeon to go out and change out of his work clothes and into regular clothing just because of some parking meter tickets.I think that it was a very stupid and ridiculous decision on the judges part and that he should accept a person in court as long as the people's bodies are covered with clothing.He should have been reported to the better business bureau or a higher up kind of court system to be fired and never rehired as a judge of any kind.
