this judge was right on a lot of these judges out there now are giving the criminal the benefit of the doubt not the victim. as soon as he put his foot in the door that made him a criminal so she showed him her firearm to show him that she was armed that's protecting your property.

I live in Nevada. ive had the same thing happen to me at my home as well. but I had a bat. I asked 3 times for them to leave my property before I pulled it out. got arrested later that day. still waiting for my court date... have it all on my cameras.
