I agree with the restaurant guy. So ignorant to walk into an establishment and start arranging furniture. How rude. He doesn’t know what reservations they have. He wasn’t trying to be nice. Just his usual attitude thinks he knows all 🤔

Restaurants are divided by sections or sometimes table number for waitresses ,you should not assume because tables are next to each other they are on the same section . Let the servers handle it .
People cannot walk in and start re-arranging.
But the guy is right when he came to the restaurant he should’ve talked to somebody. He said I got a party for eight they would’ve put the tables together or you could’ve said. Is it OK if I pull these tables together?

I've watched this guy before! I can't believe someone in a restaurant could be so crude, rude, and foul mouth and expect to stay in business. It has to be staged, and if not, I would never step into his joint and would put a picket line outside to shut him down. One other reason he's like this he's badder than Bruce Lee and doesn't care!!

The restaurant might not have a server assigned to the area the guy was moving the chairs in, or maybe it's a brand new server who has that area who never handled a group that big before. The guy had a lot of chutzpah ( gall, nerve) to just start moving things around. If the guy gets hurt moving stuff around the restaurant is responsible.
