To all the people who think this force is unnecessary, please explain to me what else you would have liked the cops to have done?! People just love hating the police. Had they done less y’all would have complained that the police are lazy and didn’t do enough. So tired of people turning everything into a race or political issue. Instead of grabbing and restraining him the officer chose to angrily shove him into the wall .. the second they put handcuffs on you they are responsible for your care regardless, and choosing to put his life at risk by assaulting him violently is not ok. The officer could easily have grabbed & restrained him rather than shoving like that. Additionally, no one was near him when he ran. Why was he not restrained inside the vehicle? He was screaming something about talking to ‘my lady’ .. maybe a domestic violence issue. We need to continue urging these police departments to operate with more professional behavior.
That was unnecessary, assuming the cops thought he could pass through the house. Just imagine behind closed doors, evil intentions.
