I've let my kid eat stuff before paying for it. I just tell the cashier "I know this box is empty but my kid got hungry. Just wanted to make sure its paid for" never had any problems

Customers just think that they can do what they want no matter what color they are. I used to work in a grocery store. I just think they’re privileged because they’re a customer and they’re always right. I would’ve gone and told the manager I’d have no problem. I wouldn’t have been so nice as that customer telling her I would’ve gone and found the cops that are there cause that’s stealing. I don’t care what that woman said eating those gummy’s that is literally stealing. That would’ve been anybody else of any color we would’ve got we would’ve gone gone to jail so yeah.

I saw a lady put a rotisserie chicken in her cart at Wal-Mart and place it in the child seat space, and she was picking it apart eating it while she was shopping which is gross! People also grab pre-made food from the deli, eat it while walking around the store and when they're finished they ditch the wrappers somewhere in the store & not pay for it!
