That is, literally, vandalizing someone's car. You just don't do things like that. Leave a hand written note on the windshield under the wiper, if you must, but don't put stickers on somebody's car. I am not excusing the one who parked like that, but this is just wrong. I am sure the owner of the car got the license plate of the woman with the stickers and reported it to the police. Not too smart.
