As a landlord I too get absolutely furious when renters cut their pizzas above the door. It is so hard to get the pepperoni juice out from under that wood. And if they had mushrooms on the pizza, those spores start growing behind the wood, decomposing it from the back to the front. I show an apartment and it looks like a mushroom farm as we walk through the front door.
