How about those able- bodied adults receiving SNAP who are unemployed, not in school and not a caregiver. They only need to work 20 hr a week. There are plenty of jobs available. They could do farm work, mow cemeteries, clean hotel rooms, wait tables, etc instead of sitting around all day with a handout.

There was literally nothing wrong with what she said. It might be a dumb thing to argue against enforcing border policy, but it's not racist, it's not morally her problem.
