well I worked for airborne way back in the day. was 110lbs. I couldn't even get them dolly angled back with my foot. had more than one box. waited till a man came by. just happened once.

When an order comes with delivery; that delivery included it to be delivered in one piece. She knew her assignment when she took the job. When she realized the job was not a good fit she could have talked to her boss. Her inability and or lack of training are not the home owners concern. We had a refrigerator dropped off the truck by the delivery person. Who said "no it didn't". We watched it happen. He said his boss would believe him and not us. When he was told there were cameras, He said, oh I guess I am going to get fired". People do better.

My son bought a large curved computer screen & the driver set it upright on our slanted driveway about 10 feet from the front porch. If one of our cats had rubbed up against it it would have knocked it over. The company refunded the money for it after my son called & complained about it.
They all have a dolly in the vehicle. It's behind the driver seat up right. reg size. Just lazy workers don't want to pull the dolly out. Work harder not smarter . Her Motto... 😆

so who pays to replace computer? I would have insure it . I ordered a laptop once from Amazon. it did not arrive. Amazin replaced it. ( but this one did arrive). Two years later was mowing fence line. found remainder of what appeared to be Amazon computer. it was tossed over a gate half block down from house. I requested shippers not use Fed Ex for my shipments because they leave packages on street side of gate. I live behind a dollar store..guess how many of those packages I did not get? how I know? they take picture of packages.
