I guess it depends on your place in the work place I'm building maintenance and I have demanded raises twice or I walk got them both and I lead my department no bullshit no find another job I said it's been 15 months since my last raise and my bills are getting higher so I need more $1.50 raise from $24 to $25.50hr. Make yourself non replaceable and you get what you deserve come do the bare minimum and stay where your at. Gen X and prior understands this

I blame her wrapping skills on management. you're supposed to pull the plastic through the bottom of the pallet then start your way up. also work for the defense commissary agency, once you pass your probation usually a yr. it takes an act of congress to fire you.
