No matter which one you are, you keep dropping your hands when kicking or striking. Slow sparring is basically pointless, because a real fight is so different. It does help with movement and control, though. If you're going to do it, you should strike each other at medium strength. You guys are obviously beginners, so I'll give you a 7 out of 100. Enjoy learning, protect your brains, and have fun. It's all about the journey.
