Fresno California 1986 I watched the Fresno police pull a blackman out of a truck mistaken. Identity, this man was paralyzed. They pulled him out and he fell on the ground. they just stood with all their guns on him. You think cops care if you're paralyzed? I learned that day.

40 million cops on scene, and nobody is communicating with the negotiator. Like telling him she can't get out of the car, much less crawl on the ground. Did it ever dawn on anybody to ask the driver how best to help her from the car. It is easy to see that she's extremely obese that is the main issue with her mobility.
