you people got to understand the law. Just cause weed is legal in a lot of states, it still doesn't give you the right to smoke and drive. It's called driving under the influence!!! It doesn't have to be alcohol!!! Tinted windows that are too dark is a violation in most states. This stop here is a domino effect,,, the officer sees he has extremely dark windows, in which that gave him the right to pull him over. Then after pulling over and conversing with the drive, he smelled weed in which now it went from a simple citation to a full search of the vehicle in which he can do cause the scent of weed. Once the search starts he finds a gun, and if he doesn't have a CCW or ( concealed carry permit) it's all down hill from there. Can't you all see it's all by design!!! When most states made weed legal, it's a trap cause they know people are going to be smoking and driving, especially these youngsters!!!! Wake up people and act like you know even if you don't!!!!
