My best friend told me he saw this video about a month ago when we were speaking on the phone last. He said the young guy is in his early 20s and he was road raging and shot at the other man’s car hitting and killing his son in the backseat. The man immediately owned up to what he had done with no resistance, turned himself over to the cops and faced his charges, like a man.
