Florida for all its flaws has some good election laws developed after the 2000 debacle. Mail ins are counted as they come in so there isnt a long counting time after the election day

Should be no mail in ballots period. In my town I was allowed to go show us and get a mail in ballot. I filled it out and returned it in person and again showed I'd that should be the only other option if not voting on election day in person.

The Supreme Court will hopefully do the right thing and cut off all ballots counted at midnight or 10:00pm, whatever they think is appropriate. We already know there is a midterm election in November and any mailed ballots will be distributed way in advance of election day, plenty of time to get it filled out and mailed back in, long before election day. No harvesting of ballots either.

voter ids need to be in place and on election day the votes need to be counted and at that end of day and publish the winner on that very day..no counting of any later votes counted or added

If the Republicans want to get rid of Mail-In Ballots, then they must extend the early Voting window to compensate for those who cannot show up on Election Day. The Ballot Box has limited hours which do not always allow Voters to show up to Vote if the Voters have unbreakable commitments.... also, Mail-In Ballots must keep the exceptions for Residents who are out of the Country or serving in the military so long as the Ballot is postmarked before the Election....unless Republicans want to take Voting away from Military serving overseas.... otherwise, Republicans have to make arrangements for In Person Voting in foreign Countries for everyone deployed outside of the United States or those who can't make it to the Ballot...just remember that Trump himself used a Mail-In Ballot this last Election, so Trump Voted illegally by his own definition?....
