I'm confused if a felon can't vote how can a felon be the president of the United States🤔 seems to me if they want a felon they could have gone to the federal penitentiary there's a lot more intelligent people in the penitentiary then what the Republicans are voted for

If it makes sense rather than money. Trump closes his eyes and ears ....even to his own party. Yet still Republicans fear DJT to the point they do not wish to go against him even though in this case, they likely could override a veto were they not afraid of Trump retribution next election. At sometime, they need to start representing their people.
They can pass whatever they want in congress and if Trump vetos it they can override his veto with 60 votes. Congress doesn't have to do what Trump says!
