My side of the county did not get much it was off the roads the next day everything in full swing except the power and we are hoping maybe by Saturday
let me say I'm glad that crossed the line in Clay county. we avoided most of the ice and snow, but most were prepared with propane heaters with generators and most able-bodied males that have a pair. have a working chainsaw and we were prepared as we have done in the past. if trees come down over the roads we're out there. immediately clearing the roads. we aren't waiting for someone to come and take care of us. and if the power goes out, you better have a generator propane stove or a wood burning stove. that being said, there are a lot of people that don't have the resources or the ability to procure these items so they should have shelters and they should be bringing these people to shelters. but saying it's the worst disaster ever in White county. Georgia is laying it on a bit thick in my opinion!!!

I feel so bad for these people. but I thought there were A BUNCH of power trucks & workers in that area.
