Since when is it legal to fatally shoot someone who is already pinned to the ground? How does he pose a threat to anyone. ICE is so out of control.

Mr Pretti never brandished a weapon. in fact when he was first shot he was on his knees with his upper chest on the ground and both hands in front of his head. Mr Pretti was struck in the head, while down, at least three times. Then the first shot into Pretti's back then four more shots then an additional 5 to 6 sympathetic fire shots all aimed at the victim.

He was filming ICE with his phone when approached. He never pulled his gun out. He was gang tackled to the ground by at least 5 ICE agents..It was then they discovered his weapon took it away and then shot him several times while he lay prone on the ground. They all then stepped away and looked at his dead motionless body. The video is absolutely sickening to watch. Trump and Noem both started lying about the entire situation. Minnesota authorities nor the FBI are being allowed to conduct any investigation. This is another case of cold blooded murder. There was absolutely no provocation whatsoever other than this guy videoing ICE. He was an white American citizen who worked as an ICU nurse at a local VA hospital. This entire incident is so well documented by various other people there's absolutely no way ICE, trump or noem can slither their way out of this!!

Congress needs to subpoena the video immediately…before it “accidentally” goes missing or the footage is “corrupted” and can’t be viewed…honestly, I’m leaning toward this being murder but I’m not 100% about it until more information is released…from the video I saw he was already on the ground, there were 6 or 7 agents surrounding him, and 11 or 12 shots were fired…the questions I have is why he was put on the ground, did he draw his gun before or after being put on the ground, what did he resist against, in what way did he resist for them to call it violent, what was the reason for them deciding that they needed to disarm him, did they give any lawful orders, ask him to surrender his firearm, etc…it could go either way but it really seems unlikely that someone would approach law enforcement officers, of their own accord, and taking actions that would get themselves killed unless they were suicidal or mentally unstable but I doubt he would be permitted to have a firearm if he was…
